Flight training involves real aircraft operations and carries inherent risks including but not limited to aircraft incidents, accidents, injury, permanent disability, or death. By proceeding with any aviation training program facilitated through SAC, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

SAC’s Limited Role
Sudisha Aviation Consultant Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a guidance and placement facilitator. SAC does not operate, manage, or supervise any flight training school, aircraft, simulator, or training facility. SAC is not present at or responsible for any training activity conducted at partner schools or any other institution.

No Liability for Training Incidents
SAC shall not be held liable — directly or indirectly — for any incident, accident, injury, illness, permanent disability, or death that occurs during or in connection with aviation training, including but not limited to:
