About the Test

What is COMPASS™?

COMPASS™ (Computerised Pilot Aptitude Screening System) is a scientifically validated pilot selection system developed by COMPASS International B.V. in the Netherlands. Trusted by aviation authorities, airlines, and training organisations in over 50 countries, it objectively measures the natural cognitive and psychomotor aptitudes required to successfully complete pilot training — not aviation knowledge. With over 200,000 tests completed worldwide, it is the global standard for evidence-based pilot selection.
